Our rates include a full menu breakfast in our dining room where you are seated at your private table.
Additional Adults In Room Where Possible: $25.00; – Children age 8-12 $15.00 and children under age 7 – $10.00 (futons and cribs are free of charge) Please note that in our “Family Room” the stated rate is already for up to 4 persons at no additional charge.
Room Rates are per room, per night and based on single or double occupancy (except the Family Rooms). As listed they do not include 8% New York State Sales tax or gratuities.
As a service to our guests, we follow the European custom of adding a minimal gratuity fee for the hotel staff to your room bill of $5 per person per day; Housekeeping – $3 daily per person; Breakfast Waitress – $2.00 daily per person. This is a totally optional feature and is well received. 100% of the money goes to the staff. For those guests paying with a credit card it is a welcomed service.
Weekend or Winter Rates apply for all Premium and National Holidays such as New Years, Martin Luther King, Presidents Day, Memorial, 4th of July, Labor Day, Columbus, Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays.
