Room Rates are per room, per night and based on single or double occupancy. As listed they do not include 8% New York State Sales tax or gratuities.
As a service to our guests, we follow the European custom of adding a minimal gratuity fee for the hotel staff to your room bill unless directed otherwise. Housekeeping – $2 daily per person; Breakfast Waitress – $1.50 daily per person.
Weekend or Winter Rates apply for all Premium and National Holidays such as New Years, Martin Luther King, Presidents Day, Memorial, 4th of July, Labor Day, Columbus, Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays.

Year round apartment rentals available. Get the Catskill Mountains whenever you want without the homeowner hassle. We have a total of 16 – one bedroom apartments with full kitchen and living room over looking our Lake Karlanna. Some with balconies, some with patio and separate entrances. All inclusive (heat, cable, electric) year round rental available. Limited availabilty. Unfurnished. Rent Incentive…rent a full year and get a free month. Price range depends on particular apartment: $600 – $750/month
