This weekend’s dinner specials are as follows:
Farm-raised Pork Shank – generous bone-in single shank, fork tender
Roast Long Island Duckling Ala Orange – served with a Grand Marnier Sauce
Roast Prime Ribs of Beef – served boneless and au jus, hand cut with each order
Boneless Roast Loin Of Pork – a traditional favorite seasoned with a herbal rub
Shrimp Scampi – shrimp sauteed in a white wine, garlic and lemon sauce served with rice
Broiled Seafood Combination – filet of sole, scallops and shrimp in a lemon butter sauce served with seasoned rice
Chicken Piccata – boneless breast of chicken simmered in a white wine lemon & caper sauce
