Wiener Schnitzel
The most famous of all schnitzels. Breaded veal cutlet lightly sautéed and served with lemon wedge.

Jaeger Schnitzel
Tender medallion of prime veal with mushroom, onions, carrots and green peppers cut julienne style in a delicious brown hunter sauce.

Paprika Schnitzel
A schnitzel made with a delicious creamy paprika sauce.

Gypsy Schnitzel
Using a wonderful Hungarian paprika sauce, onions and mushrooms. Zesty and full of flavor.

Holsteiner Schnitzel
Truly traditional, tender cutlet topped with fried country egg, anchovies and capers. Exceptional taste.

Sauerbraten
Roast beef flavored by a vinegar & spice marinade, served Bavarian style with potato dumpling and red cabbage.

Smoked Huhn
Tender smoked chicken with Brussels sprouts and roast garlic and carrot puree.

Rouladen
Thin cut steaks, rolled and seasoned with German mustard and stuffed with bacon, pickle, carrots and onions, Served with gravy, buttered Spaetzle and red cabbage.

Roast Loin of Pork
A traditional favorite seasoned with an herbal rub, served boneless with a mashed potato and sauerkraut accompanied with applesauce.

German Wurst Platter
A tasty combination of bauernwurst, weisswurst, bratwurst, pork, sauerkraut and potato, for the hearty appetite.

Bratwurst
A German pork sausage, full of flavor, served with potato and German-style sauerkraut.

Bauernwurst
A farmer’s beef sausage served with potato and German-style sauerkraut.

Weisswurst
Mild veal sausage, grilled and topped with sautéed onion, served with potato and German-style sauerkraut.

Filet of sole, shrimp and scallops, prepared in a seasonal lemon butter sauce.

Delicious homemade noodles, made daily and sautéed in butter and onions. A German treat.
