In Room: $25.00;
- Children age 8-12 $15.00;

Room Rates Do Not Include 8% New York State Sales Tax or
Gratuities. These rates are PER ROOM, PER NIGHT and
based on single or double adult occupancy.
Gratuities will be charged to room in the amount of $2
per person, per night for the housekeeper $1.50 per
person, per day for the breakfast waitress.
Weekend or Winter Rates apply for all Premium and
National Holidays such as New Years, Martin Luther King,
Presidents Day, Memorial, 4th of July, Festival, Labor
Day, Columbus, Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays.
