Bavarian Manor Country Inn and Restaurant Policies

• Skiers Breakfast during the winter, for those who would like it, we offer a Full Skier's Breakfast at 7 am so they can get an early start on the slopes. Regular breakfast hours are also offered during the winter season.
   

• We Welcome Children under 7 years old room & breakfast free with parents. 8-12 years old: B&B-$15.00 per child, per night (13 years or older are considered adults.) $15 one-time fee to the room rate if we are placing a crib, cot or futon in a room where the ages of the children are under 7 and not being charged when roomed with parents.
   

• A Full Breakfast is FREE with room rate. Breakfast is served weekends 8 – 10a.m. 9 a.m. on weekdays unless prior arrangements are made. Included in your room rate is a full menu choice breakfast with such made to order choices as juices, fruit, cereals, eggs, omelettes, buttermilk pancakes, french toast, coffee, teas, hot chocolate and more.
   

• We Honor Senior Citizens 65 years or older with a 5% room discount. Bed & Breakfast Only & No holiday or theme weekends.

• Any additional cleaning needed to be done due to smoking in a room will result in a cleaning fee of $150.
   

• Deposit Policy : A deposit of one night's stay (pre-tax rate) must be made on all advance reservations to guarantee reservation. The deposit may be made by check or by providing a valid credit card. No room will be guaranteed without a deposit.
   

• Refund Policy : Deposits will be refunded or credit issued on credit card minus a $25 cancellation fee provided if cancellation is confirmed no less than 14 days prior to the reservation date. All cancellations must be confirmed with a number and letter code to avoid dispute.  If you make your reservation within the 14 day period, we will hold your reservation for 24 hours. If you cancel after the 24 hours, we will charge one-nights stay as a the deposit to hold your room.

With prior arrangements we allow for early or late arrivals and for early or late departures.

We are a family-operated bed and breakfast.
